Setup vs. monthly vs. usage — what is the difference?

Setup is a one-time Phase-1 fee (configuration, data, integrations). Monthly covers the platform, upkeep and standard text AI. High-cost image/video AI is billed by usage.

Can we upgrade later?

Yes. A → B → C stack. Upgrades keep your data and settings; only the new modules need setup.

Can we start with a single module?

Yes. Start with the flow that hurts most, prove it, then expand.

Can we keep our LINE, CRM or forms?

Yes. We take over the parts people used to carry between tools; the exact integration depends on tools, APIs and permissions.

When is custom development needed?

Multiple system integrations, data migration, multi-team permissions, special approval flows or bespoke UI — custom items are scoped and quoted separately from the standard plan.

What does Phase 1 usually include?

Goal and scope confirmation, module setup, data cleanup, internal testing and launch handover — detailed in the proposal.

What happens beyond the media allowance?

Image and video are billed by actual usage. We estimate your range before rollout, so there are no surprise bills.

Terms and cancellation?
